  • CORN OR SWEET CORN GREEN CHILLIES GINGER SALT CURRY LEAVES 1 tablespoon RED CHILLI POWDER 1 CHOPPED ONION 1 tablespoon of CUMIN SEEDS OIL (Sufficient for deep fry)

Directions

  • METHOD TO PREPARE:- 1. Wash the corn seeds with fresh water and take them in to mixer jar. 2. Add green chillies (minimam of 3)according to your taste, ginger and 1 tablespoon of salt. 3. Take the grinded portion into a bowl and add cumin seeds, chopped onion ( 1 onion if it is in big size), curry leaves and red chilli powder according to your taste, add gram flour. 4. Gram flour quantity depends upon the grinded portion. 5. Mould the grinded portion and fry them in oil on medium flame. 6. Fry them until golden brown appears. 7. Later take them in to serving plate. Your taste corn vada is now ready to serve. Can be served as tea time snack.
